As women in business, we sometimes tone ourselves down and reveal less of our true nature to fit in more with the corporate norms. And yet all of that changes when we are promoted to leadership positions with hungry eyes looking up to us for guidance and inspiration. Suddenly making ourselves smaller makes even less sense when we know that great leadership begins with walking our talk and empowering those around us to embrace their own potential.

Each session in the program leads toward a two-day retreat where you will be one of the co-creators. In this intimate retreat, you will experience the tremendous growth of your natural creative leadership, and will witness the personal transformations of the other women in the program.
